Aburoff Trend may use the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with clients, students, staff and other authorised contacts. Messages may include order updates, appointment and fitting reminders, payment information, academy notices, customer-support responses and other service-related communications.

When you communicate with us on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile information made available by WhatsApp, message content and message-status information may be processed by Aburoff Trend and by WhatsApp/Meta in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, cloud services, payment providers, email services, messaging services, Google services, Meta/WhatsApp and other technology providers, where necessary to provide our services or operate our systems.

Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, those providers may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies. Aburoff Trend does not intentionally store full payment-card details in its ordinary management systems.
