1. How to request deletion

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your interactions with Aburoff Trend by contacting us using the official email address below.

2. Information to include

To help us identify the correct record and protect your information from unauthorised deletion, please include:

• Your full name.
• The phone number or WhatsApp number associated with your account or communication.
• The email address associated with your account, order, application or portal access, where applicable.
• Your client ID, student ID, staff ID, order number, invoice number or other relevant reference, if available.
• A brief description of the information or account you want deleted.

3. Identity verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request is being made by the person concerned or by an authorised representative. This is intended to prevent unauthorised access to or deletion of another person's information.

4. What happens after a request

After receiving a valid request, we will review the relevant records and take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise personal information that we are no longer required or permitted to retain.

Where deletion is completed, associated access to certain Aburoff Trend portals, services, order history, academy records or communication history may no longer be available.

5. Information we may need to retain

Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business administration, transaction records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, accounting or regulatory purposes. Where full deletion is not possible for such reasons, we will limit the use of the retained information to the relevant purpose.

6. WhatsApp and Meta data

If your request relates to communications received through WhatsApp Business, Aburoff Trend can address information held in its own systems. WhatsApp/Meta may separately retain or process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Requests concerning data held directly by WhatsApp or Meta should also be directed to those platforms where appropriate.

7. Processing time

We aim to review valid deletion requests within a reasonable period. Complex requests, identity verification requirements or legal retention obligations may require additional time.
