1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Aburoff Trend website, online portals, digital forms, WhatsApp Business communication channels, academy services or other online services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

2. About Aburoff Trend

Aburoff Trend is a Nigerian fashion brand and fashion training organisation. Our services may include bespoke and ready-to-wear fashion, fittings, order management, delivery coordination, customer support and fashion education through Aburoff Trend Fashion Academy.

3. Use of our website and portals

You agree to use our website, portals and digital services lawfully and only for their intended purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security or availability of our systems, access areas without authorisation, submit false information, or use our services for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Orders, fittings and bespoke services

Orders may be subject to consultation, measurement, fabric availability, production timelines, fitting requirements and payment terms. Bespoke garments are produced based on measurements and specifications supplied or confirmed by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and attending required fittings where applicable.

Estimated completion or delivery dates are provided in good faith but may be affected by production requirements, client-requested changes, material availability, payment status or other circumstances.

5. Payments, invoices and receipts

Where payment is required, the applicable amount, deposit, balance and due date will be communicated through an invoice, receipt, payment request, portal or other official Aburoff Trend communication. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, an order may not be considered fully settled until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

6. Fashion Academy services

Admission, course access, class schedules, fees, attendance requirements, assessments and certificates for Aburoff Trend Fashion Academy are subject to the academy's applicable rules, programme structure and administrative requirements.

Course content, schedules or instructional arrangements may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for academic, operational or safety reasons.

7. WhatsApp and electronic communications

Aburoff Trend may use WhatsApp, email, SMS or other electronic channels to provide customer support, appointment reminders, order updates, payment information, academy notices, staff communications and other service-related messages.

Business-initiated WhatsApp messages may use approved message templates where required by WhatsApp/Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Aburoff Trend name, branding, logos, website content, original photographs, garment designs, training materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to Aburoff Trend and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.

9. User-submitted information

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to us is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. This includes contact details, measurements, delivery details, student information, staff information and any uploaded documents or content.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described there.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep our website, portals and digital systems available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or modify a service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

12. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aburoff Trend will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary website outages, third-party platform failures, telecommunications issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
